Comrogen includes support for various authentication techniques such as logging in via Google, Facebook, and Twitter. Login options allow to customers to authenticate with Comrogen at the time of checkout or by going into their account. For security, any payment information on file is only available by logging into the comrogen directly (required to meet PCI rules). The system can be extended to add new login providers such as Amazon, Microsoft, or any other provider that has extensible login system.

Comrogen will offer various options for customers looking to migrate from another e-commerce system onto Comrogen. An example of this is the Aspdotnetstorefront Login Provider (developed by Simrun), where customers looking to migrate from Aspdotnetstorefront can move to comrogen and allow customers to keep their existing username and passwords. This make migration seamless as customers do not have to go through the hassle of creating new passwords; the system will automatically update their comrogen account information as soon as they log in the first time.

New migrated providers will be made available as migration utilities are developed.
