Comrogen Order System

Comrogen includes a suite of tools and options to help process orders that your stores receive. The system allows you to filter orders based on status, amounts, dates, customers; administrators are able to select from an array of information and can chose the optimal setup as desired.

Comrogen allows editing orders; administrators can change items ordered, make changes to customer information such as address, place items on back-order, or cancel items from an order. Comrogen maintains a complete history of order changes so administrators can see all things that have happened since the order was placed.

Comrogen includes a returns and RMA system which allows store admins to process returns. The type of return process depends on the product type, this can be defined in the RMA system which allows admins to set products that are returnable or not, as well as decide return time like (e.g 30 days) and any restocking fees that may be associated with the return.

Comrogen includes support for Live orders, or commonly known as phone orders. Store administrators can log into the site and place orders on behalf of customers; live orders include special shopping options which allow store admins to tweak the price of the order or setup discounts that may not be available to regular site visitors. They can also assist in creating a customer account so that the customer can login and view order status or place new orders directly in the future.

Comrogen allows admins to partially ship orders from an order containing multiple items, this is useful in back-order situations as well as scenarios where an order may contain items from multiple warehouses. Customers are notified of shipments as they happen, and if needed remaining items can be cancelled, or edited/changed as needed. Comrogen also supports multi-pack items where orders may contain multiple shipments and multiple tracking numbers.

If the store has been configured to use real time rates, Comrogen includes support for generating shipping labels within the order processing system. Examples of providers include USPS, FEDEX, and USPS. Label sizes are compatible with most printers including small factor thermal printers such as Zebra & Dymo. Administrators can edit shipment information such as set the shipment size, and weight before generating the label.

Comrogen’s Order Processing system includes expansion capabilities that allow it to process information form extensions such as eBay and Amazon (coming soon). This allows you to process an eBay order and inform eBay that the item has been shipped out, it also ensures your inventory and other relevant information is synced across your sales channels.
