Comrogen features a robust user (customer) management system which allows administrators to create fields that can be tailored for their business needs. Comrogen provides fields to store customer Name, Address, Shipping, etcetera; the system can be extended to store custom fields such as birth day, organization, favorite brand, or any other data field that store owners wish to capture.

Comrogen supports customer access and pricing levels, this allows store admins to set functionality that tailors e-commerce functions based on customer level access and rights. An example of this may be a wholesale account, where product pricing is set at a 15% discount from standard pricing; when a customer that is assigned to the wholesale level is logged in, they will see reducing pricing for all eligible products (pricing per product can also be set on a individual basis).

The customer level system allows store admins to set product access, this allows admins to decide if certain products are only available for purchase for specific customers. Store admins can also set if products are viewable but can not be purchased based on customer level, these settings may be set at the product, product group, category, or content level.

Comrogen includes options for purchasing on credit; this feature is generally used on B2B websites but can also be utilized on B2C websites. The credit limit system allows store admins to assign P.O. credit to customers based on customer levels or on an individual basis. Once assigned, customers can make purchases on credit,  this appears as a gateway option similar to paying by credit card/check/paypal.

Customers that have credit limits can view credit statements inside their my account once logged into the front-end. Store admins can set credit limits, due dates, penalties for late payments or disable credit limits as needed. Other options for credit limits include minimum purchases, as well as excluded products that may not be purchased on credit.
